how it works

trigger: any cartel-kill (debt → wealth ratio), suicide, or hitman success. the wipe is server-authoritative; nothing else triggers the will.

payout order: heirs paid FIRST, then existing family-inheritance flow, then insurance payouts, then the full reset.

conditions: not-jail skips an heir who's currently jailed. not-witness skips an heir in witness protection. the % they would've received vaporizes.

unclaimed: if your shares don't sum to 100%, the remainder vaporizes (cartel takes its cut). consider it the cost of dying.

notification: heirs get a cartel-channel broadcast → the inheritance pops up as an overlay on whatever page they have open.
